I find myself zoning out, and then I realize an entire chapter has gone by without my attention, and I get irritated. I've heard from others that the Harry Potter narrator does a really excellent job, though, for what it's worth.Bookmark Dragonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07268509613086029168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8158143373242218557.post-56162435537479933802014-11-04T19:12:30.029-05:002014-11-04T19:12:30.029-05:00Audiobooks are PERFECT for re-reads! Great twist on the topic. :)
I listen to a lot of audiobooks with my kids (we like to listen while eating breakfast and lunch or on longer car rides), and there are some fabulous ones for middle grade books. Both Stephen Fry and Jim Dale are fabulous at HP. We recently LOVED Chitty Chitty Bang Bang read by David Tennant. But once I get around to them, hopefully I"ll want to. I'm participating in an HP re-read right now, though. :D :D Thanks for stopping by my blog! Happy Tuesday!Liesel K. It's so fantastic. I've never heard the audiobooks before though, I hope they have a great reader! And you really can't go wrong with the Harry Potter books/audiobooks. I only read if for the first time a couple of months ago, but it's one of those books that I could sit down and happily read again at any time :) I just started Crown of Midnight yesterday, so *fingers crossed* I'll love it! And yes to the Lunar Chronicles! I loved both Cinder and Scarlet, and I'd love to get my hands on Cress straight away, but I'm thinking of holding off until the new year (purely to cut down on the wait time until Winter :D) Great list!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05889303601242344598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8158143373242218557.post-88663558832571402892014-11-04T14:48:14.914-05:002014-11-04T14:48:14.914-05:00See I knew I should've just tacked Harry on! Even if I forget to mention it sometimes! LOL!

I bought Nil on impulse back in September. It was a signed copy, so hence the impulse, plus is sounded good and I thought I heard good things! Better read that for the first time around soonish so I can be set for May!

Here's my Tuesday Post

Have a GREAT day!

Old Follower :)Jessica @ a GREAT readhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07554254368211246669noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8158143373242218557.post-79797881071458427532014-11-04T12:55:10.064-05:002014-11-04T12:55:10.064-05:00I listened to the Harry Potter series on CD (found...I listened to the Harry Potter series on CD (found at my library) and they were read by Jim Dale and it was the most incredible thing ever.
