How it Works:
The
Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee's
View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own
Feature Blog and this way it'll allow us to show off more new blogs!
How
does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the
linky tools -- keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog
that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code
under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as
many blogs as you can and tell them "hi" in their comments (on the post
that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win.
Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
What
sets this Hop apart from others, is our Feature. Each week we will
showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Who is
our Feature today? Find out below. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow our Features and you must follow the hosts (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read)
as a courtesy. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a
preference, state it in your #FF post. A lot of blogs are transitioning
to Wordpress in which they do not have the luxury of GFC, so an RSS
subscription is appreciated or if you choose an email subscription. If
you don't have GFC please state in your post how you would like to be
followed.
This Week's Question:
Spring is in the air! Show off your favorite outdoors reading spot. If you don't go outside... well where else do you read that isn't inside your house? We want pics!
This Weeks Answer:
When I lived in Rhode Island, I had a million of favorite outdoor reading spots like parks and the beach. Here in landlocked Pittsburgh, however, I haven't found many great spots to read. I have tried to replace my beach time with a pretty cool water park in the area called Sandcastle. So right now that's my favorite place to read outside in Pittsburgh but this summer I plan to explore the area a little bit more.
Where is your favorite outdoor reading spot? Leave me a comment. And remember, this is a blog hop so take a look around, and if you like what you see feel free to follow and leave me a comment so I can follow you back. I am indifferent to the manner you follow so pick your poison... GFC, Bloglovin, or Twitter! Thanks for stopping by and Happy Follow Friday!
I've only been through Pittsburgh in passing, so I can't help with any reading spot suggestions! Hopefully you can explore the city more this summer and find some spots! Thanks for stopping by my FF!
ReplyDeletePittsburgh is a pretty nice city. I'm going to make it a point to explore a little bit more this summer. I had just moved last year and was still trying to find my way around so now that I'm more settled I need to find some neat spots to read and hike. Thanks stopping by!

That is a gorgeous beach. It's on a small island off the coast of Rhode Island. I went there for my birthday a few years ago. It was amazing!
DeleteOoh that beach scene pic is lovely. I would love go sit right there and read :)
ReplyDeleteIt is a wonderful beach. It's on Block Island just off the coast of RI. We biked to that beach and spent most of the day relaxing and enjoying the view.
DeleteOh nice! At least you found a spot to read outdoors. I have no such comforts! Even if the weather was agreeable, there's just nowhere good to read.
ReplyDeleteHere's my Follow Friday
Have a GREAT weekend!

That stinks! It's nice some days to get out of the house and read in the sunlight. I hope you can find somewhere good to read. Thanks for stopping by and commenting Jessica.

Thanks! Rhode Island beaches are amazing. This one is on the tiny little island off the coast called Black Island, and it's not even my favorite beach! This week made me miss the beach so much!
